Gregg is SGH’s national practice leader for structural repair and rehabilitation. He has expertise in designing, investigating, and rehabilitating buildings of various types and materials. An active member in the Loss Executives Association, he has worked on projects that often involve insurance restoration, including consulting and repair after commercial property losses or disasters. Gregg’s practice also includes demolition planning and construction cost estimating. His recent projects include design of the new cross-laminated timber Design Building at UMass Amherst; investigation of the Callahan Tunnel Vent Building in East Boston; rehabilitation of parking structures at 99 High Street in Boston; condition assessment and maintenance planning of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center; and demolition planning for the Bayside Exposition Center in Boston, MA.
