Employee Resource Groups at SGH

The company recognizes employee resource groups (ERGs) as forums for employees to connect, learn, share, and build community. These voluntary, nondiscriminatory groups are open to all employees and function to align with SGH’s guiding principles. The objectives of ERGs are to share knowledge, raise cultural awareness, and act as a bridge across cultural issues, improving SGH’s community. ERGs work as an employee support system by providing education, personal growth, information, and idea sharing.
