Megan leads the Talent Development team to create future leaders and empower talent at SGH. She works alongside firm leadership to align development programs with business goals while reinforcing our culture and values. Megan is responsible for managing employee programs, resources, and processes that support training and development for all staff members.at SGH. She also oversees performance management, assessments, coaching, and competency identification and measurement for the firm. Megan is passionate about enhancing SGH’s strong learning culture and assists the firm’s technical leaders in supporting staff through dynamic and inclusive talent development experiences.
