Jeremy is responsible for helping to manage the firm’s accounting and financial activities.  He accomplishes this by managing the accounting department, analyzing and reporting on the firm’s financial performance, monitoring and improving cashflow, creating and maintaining internal controls and policies, managing the firm’s external audits, and working with project managers to improve the financial performance of our projects.
