Ben is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of IT operations at SGH. He provides oversight for all information systems and drives optimization and efficiency across the enterprise. He collaborates with business and operational leaders across the company, explores emerging technologies, and improves the cybersecurity posture. Ben also leads and empowers IT service units across the company.
