Abstract: Building façade access is required for window washing, inspection, maintenance, and repairs. Top-down suspended equipment is often the most appropriate access method. For safety reasons, the equipment used for building façade access must be anchored to the building. The presenter will discuss design, installation, inspection, and testing of roof anchors for façade access on existing buildings.
