			Robert MacNeill
Rob applies his mechanical engineering background for a wide variety of clients and projects. His specialized interests and capabilities are in the fields of engineering mechanics, nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis (FEA), failure investigation, and testing. He is active in the fields of transportation safety, rail infrastructure, and structures vulnerability/protection. He has particular expertise with crash energy management system design and testing, aircraft impact analysis, and application of the LS-DYNA FEA solver. Rob’s teammates appreciate his style of leading by example along with his active mentorship of younger staff to foster individual and team development.
