Mark Webster is a project manager with more than twenty years of experience in the design, analysis, and investigation of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures. He is a nationally recognized expert in sustainable structural design, and active in the development of green SGH practices and operations. Examples of his work include an analytical study and extensive physical testing program to evaluate the use of high-strength vanadium-alloyed steel in long-span roof trusses, and the structural engineering for the renovation of the historic Ames Building, Boston’s first skyscraper, which at fourteen stories is one of the nation’s tallest masonry bearing wall buildings.
