SGH performs a broad range of services for the nuclear power industry including seismic design and evaluation, probabilistic risk assessments of structures, systems, and components (SSCs), accident analyses, drop load impact analysis, and safety evaluations. SGH has also successfully defended licensing applications to regulators and reviewers for high-hazard facilities. Our engineers are leading seismic and structural engineering consultants to the nuclear industry worldwide and have developed state-of-the-art methodologies in a variety of areas.

SGH's Quality Assurance (QA) for Nuclear Facilities Program is designed to be in compliance with the requirements of several standards, including ANSI/ASME NQA-1 including 2004 Edition including Part II Subpart 2.7, 10 CFR 830 Subpart A, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B,  DOE O414.1C.; ISO 9001. This program has been audited and accepted by many client and government organizations in the last six years. SGH maintains a library of QA verified and validated software.
