Murat Engindeniz is a member of SGH’s Engineering Mechanics and Infrastructure group, specializing in condition assessment and rehabilitation of pipelines and fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite applications. He has experience in analysis, design, and testing of FRPs for use in rehabilitation of critical infrastructure as well as in new construction. His experience spans hundreds of projects for water and power utilities, including numerous projects at nuclear power plants; extensive experimental and analytical research; standards development; and more than twenty-five publications. He also managed the Water Research Foundation projects that form the technical basis of AWWA Standard C305 (CFRP Renewal and Strengthening of PCCP). He participates in professional committees at AWWA, ASTM, ACI, and ASCE.
