303 Congress Street was built in 1983 at the edge of Fort Point Channel in South Boston. Foundation settlement caused significant damage to the building. SGH directed nondestructive testing (Parallel Seismic (PS) and Crosshole Seismic (CS) methods), underwater investigation and excavation of the land side of the building, and petrographic analysis of the pile material.
