Seattle Heights Condominiums

Seattle Heights is a 26-story, EIFS-clad condominium with four levels of below-grade parking. The structure experienced water penetration, excessive air infiltration, and mold shortly after its completion. SGH investigated the causes and consequences of the building's problems, and advised homeowners on appropriate remediation. SGH was then retained to develop plans and specifications for repairs to the building envelope.
