SGH provided structural design services for a 600-unit residential subdivision within a master community in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, fewer than two miles from the Red Sea. The site is comprised of three towers (sixteen, eighteen, and twenty stories) with retail/commercial spaces on the first floor, a three-story building connecting the towers, and a pool and fitness center. The entire complex rests on four levels of subterranean parking.
