Tall Buildings in New York City Can Benefit from Passivhaus Design

My colleague, Brienna Rust, and I contributed to research released by FXFOWLE into how New York City buildings can meet energy efficient Passivhaus standards. In the report, we explored the impact of adapting a building designed to meet LEED certification to one that meets Passivhaus, and found that the standard is viable in the city and region.
