Levitt Pavilion Wins 2015 AIA Small Project Design Award

Posted by Matthew Johnson on June 13, 2015

Located in front of the historical Bethlehem Steel plant, the Levitt Pavilion is a tribute to the industry’s past and a symbol of  revitalization. Envisioned by architect Wallace Roberts & Todd as a complex faceted architectural form, the pavilion required innovative structural engineering expertise. SGH’s analytic and collaborative approach helped the team deliver the project ahead of schedule and on budget.

This project, and those that are following it on the same campus, are the result of cross-disciplinary design and construction collaborations including, in addition the WRT, the efforts of Boyle Construction Management, Levan Associates, Lehigh Valley Technical Associates, and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger.

Details of the project and the 2015 AIA Small Project Design Award, can be found on the AIA's website.
